Mather Mansion is one of the last remaining mansions of Cleveland Millionaire's Row. It was built by iron ore magnate Samuel Mather for $1.2 million, who lived there from 1910 until his death in 1931. Some say his ghost still takes up residence.
If you're feeling brave, join us at Mather Mansion for this very special Passport program. Learn about Samuel, his brother Willie and sister Katie, and the influential role the Mather family played in Cleveland. Our presenter is local historian Christopher "Kit" Whipple, author of The Mathers: Brothers of a Different Mother.
