Ms. Griffith joined Progressive as a claims representative in 1988 and has served in many key leadership positions, rising up the ranks to CEO. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business’ Advanced Management Program.

Dr. Janet Kavandi

Director, National Aeronautics and Space Administration 
John H. Glenn Research Center Astronaut

Kavandi is a veteran of three space flights, logging more than 33 days in space and more than 13.1 million miles in 535 Earth orbits. She held leadership positions at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston before coming to Glenn.
