Covid and Controversies: How the Pandemic has Upended (Nearly) Everything about the 2020 Campaign

The 2020 race for the White House has truly been like no other.

Joe Biden’s basement campaigning left many scratching their heads. Donald Trump’s maskless rallies, bout with the coronavirus and a plexiglass-divided vice-presidential debate gripped and polarized the electorate. This, amid a pandemic that surges across the country as voters mail in ballots and head to the polls makes for a historic election year.

Join Dr. Ed Horowitz of the School of Communication as he breaks down the state of the race as we head into the final week of the 2020 presidential campaign.

Alumni College at Home is a showcase of Cleveland State's talented faculty presenting contemporary topics of interest to our alumni and friends. Hosted on Zoom, lectures are followed by a short conversation and Q&A session. Registration is required.
