The Role of Resilience

Join us for Alumni College at Home, a showcase of Cleveland State's talented faculty presenting contemporary topics of interest to our alumni and friends. Hosted on Zoom, lectures are followed by a short conversation and Q&A session. Registration is required.

On Tuesday, May 26, Dr. Katherine Judge, professor of psychology at CSU, will share effective methods for coping during challenging times and the important role of resilience, while providing strategies for staying emotionally positive, mentally focused, and socially and physically engaged.
