Crafting and Game Night at Women's Shelter

CSU alumni volunteers will host a crafting and game night for up to 100 women at the Norma Herr Women’s Center. This project needs up to 15 volunteers. Volunteers will assist in crafts, games and preparing a snack. This project is supported by HandsOn NEO.

The Norma Herr Women’s Center (NHWC) is an emergency shelter that operates 24 hours, seven days a week.  NHWC has two major goals: 1) to safely shelter homeless women who cannot access another shelter, and 2) to help those homeless women to achieve admission to a shelter program offering the specialized services to effectively meet their specific service needs and preferences, or other housing options.
