What can you do to avoid physical, mental and emotional issues that affect people as they age? Join us as Dr. Kathie Judge, Professor of Adult Development and Aging here at CSU, shares how you can age healthfully and successfully.

Dr. Judge worked as a research scientist at the Margaret Blenkner Research Institute of the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging in Cleveland, Ohio.  And in 2012, she received the Researcher of the Year award from the Ohio Association of Gerontology and Education. Her research has been funded by the Alzheimer's Association, the National Institute on Aging, the Veteran's Administration, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare.

"Healthy and Successful Aging" is a part of Second Act, a new educational series hosted by the CSU Alumni Association that will explore lifestyle, health, finance and volunteerism issues to navigate and find your place in the changing seasons of life.
