Second Act: Balancing Work and Caregiving

This workshop will assist professionals to understand roles and issues of care-giving/eldercare. Stress management strategies will be presented for balancing work, care-giving and other life responsibilities. Participants will be introduced to options and resources in the community and the workplace, to help effectively manage care-giving roles.
