In this, our inaugural series event, Michael Benz will share what it takes to recreate yourself and get the most out of your Second Act.

After nearly two decades as president and CEO of United Way of Greater Cleveland, Mr. Benz retired and is making the most of is own second act as an executive advisor at Ciuni & Panichi, Inc. Throughout his tenure at United Way, the organization raised over three quarters of a billion dollars for the region. He's also credited for being instrumental in bringing the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum to the shores of Lake Erie.
