'Tis the season to celebrate the Viking spirit and spread holiday cheer! As we gear up for festivities and merriment, there are always a few gifts that seem to escape us until that last minute. Not to fear! We've curated a list of unique and thoughtful presents sourced from businesses owned by fellow CSU alumni. So, whether you're a seasoned procrastinator or a meticulous planner, join us in embracing the joy of last-minute gift-giving with a touch of CSU pride! 


1. For the Sports Fanatic: 

GV Art and Design, Lakewood

Co-owned by Greg Vlosich (Ba ‘07), GV Art and Design is a creative boutique specializing in original artwork, design, and apparel. With collections of Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Columbus sports merch, as well as customizable designs, there’s something for every Ohio fan on your list! Pnut Butter Cups Company

Jennifer Falb (MBA ‘12) established Pnut Butter Cups Company to provide “creamy, dreamy, and delicious” treats here in Northeast Ohio. Try their gift package-- which includes a 16-piece and a 9-piece box of your choice of either dark or milk chocolate cups! They pair perfectly with wine, coffee, or whatever is on your holiday feast! 


3. For the DIY’er: 

Upcycle Parts Shop, Cleveland

Founded by Nicole McGee (MA ‘10), this shop is a DIY dream! Full of funky yarns, handmade earrings, patterned paper, and almost every craft supply under the sun-- this is your one-stop-shop for everything creative! Stop by the storefront Wednesday through Sunday. 


4. For the Jewelry Lover:

Cleveland Kitchen

Drew Anderson (BBA ‘09) believes in creating world-class culinary fermented foods for all.
