Daria L. Roebuck, bachelor of business education ’80, is a member of both the CSU Foundation Board of Directors and the Visiting Committee for the College of Business. She was a 2011 inductee to the Monte Ahuja College of Business Hall of Fame and has been an active member of Global Target at CSU as a mentor in international business. 

She established the Daria Roebuck Fund in Management and Labor Relations at CSU, which provides two $5,000 scholarships to students each year.

Ms. Roebuck retired as vice president of human resources for ERICO International Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of precision-engineered metal products serving global niche product markets in a diverse range of electrical, construction, utility and rail applications.

She joined ERICO in 1995 as director of human resources for North America, was promoted to oversee human resources in Latin America and Europe, and in 2000 took on worldwide human resources activity in 30 countries.

Prior to joining ERICO, she was director of human resources for the U.S. Retail Group, MIDIAL N.A. and Kay Jewelers, Inc. (previously J.B. Robinson Jewelers), where she managed recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. She has 35 years of experience as a human resource professional in the service and manufacturing industries. 

Ms. Roebuck has served as a trustee and executive chair of human resources at St. Joseph Academy and is a member of the Northeast Ohio Human Resources Planning Society. She lives in Rocky River.
