Grace Gallucci

Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs

Grace Gallucci has been the Executive Director of the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) since July 2012. NOACA is the metropolitan planning agency for Greater Cleveland.

Over the past 25 years, she also has been an adjunct professor and lecturer at the undergraduate and graduate levels at Northwestern University, McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences; the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs; Kent State University, Department of Political Science, and Levin College.

Ms. Gallucci’s career also includes five years as Deputy Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois in Chicago; and 15 years with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, including five years as Executive Director, Office of Management and Budget.

She earned a master of science in urban studies from Levin in 2004 and lives in Cleveland.
