Lauren Rudman (MLRHR ’08) is currently a board chair on the CSUAA Board and first started serving on the board in 2017.

Why did you choose to join the CSUAA Board?

“I joined for the opportunity to give back to CSU through connecting alumni to one another, professional development, and showcase our university to the Cleveland community.”

 What is your favorite CSU memory?

“Building snowmen outside of the Ahuja building one night during a snowstorm where we were stuck in the parking lot.”

Favorite CSU hangout?

“Becky’s.”

Who was your favorite CSU professor and what was your favorite CSU class?

“Dr. Mary Hrivnak, she taught a few of the HR classes I took.

 What is your favorite thing to do in Cleveland?

“It’s a tie between cheering on the Browns and checking out new restaurants around town.”

 What is your favorite Cleveland restaurant?

“Fahrenheit.”

 Do you enjoy any particular activities or have any hobbies?

“I love to spend time with family & friends, volunteer, travel, and pet all the dogs.”

 Is there anything else you want to share (pets, family composition, etc.)?

“I'm a lifelong Clevelander”

 Hidden talents?

“I’m pretty good at Jenga and UNO.”
